Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026 · Version 2026-06-26
These terms cover your use of this website and the website-build service we offer plumbers. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Website Design for Plumbers is a website design service for UK plumbers, operated by Gary and based in Scotland. It is a brand of Get A Trades Website — the same business — and is contactable via the form on this site. We are registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office under reference ZC133661.
2. About this website
This site provides information about our website packages for plumbers, plus a blog of free advice. We aim to keep everything accurate and up to date, but content is provided "as is" for general information — prices, package details and timescales may change, and the version shown when you order is the one that applies.
3. Ordering and the service
Orders are placed through the Get A Trades Website portal at portal.getatradeswebsite.co.uk. The website-build service — design, revisions, hosting, domains and any portal access — is provided by Get A Trades Website and is governed by its full Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which set out billing, cancellation, the build process and your rights in detail. In short: packages are a one-off payment, your finished site is yours to own, and the first 30 days after going live are covered for fixes.
4. Pricing
Prices shown on this site (One Page £99, Small Site £199, Pro Site £299) are one-off fees for the build. Any optional extras, such as hosting or domain registration, are made clear before you commit. We don't add hidden charges.
5. Intellectual property
The content of this website — text, layout, branding and images — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Once you've paid for your own website build, the finished, public-facing site is yours to own and take with you, as set out in the Get A Trades Website terms.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site to do anything unlawful, to attempt to disrupt or misuse it, or to submit content through the contact form that is abusive, misleading or infringes someone else's rights.
7. Links to other sites
Where we link to other websites (such as Google or third-party tools mentioned in our blog), we're not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. Following an external link is at your own discretion.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by UK law, we're not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.
9. Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the law of Scotland and subject to the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
